• The delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you.
• For an order with both Jumia Express and non Jumia Express items, the delivery time will be that of the non Jumia Express item.
• Business days are from Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends or public holidays. For example a Jumia Express order placed on Monday for Zone 1 will arrive between Tuesday and Friday. The same order placed on Friday would arrive between Saturday and Wednesday the following week.

Jumia Express is a premium service for products fulfilled by Jumia. With Jumia Express you can enjoy faster delivery times. To find out more about Jumia Express, click here

Therefore, in most cases a Jumia Express order placed on Monday from Nairobi (Zone 1) will be delivered between Tuesday and Friday. The same order placed on Friday from Nairobi (Zone 1) will be delivered between Saturday and Monday the following week. If you chose a Pickup Station instead, your item will generally be available for collection within 1-4 business days.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping products are products fulfilled by sellers on the Jumia platform. These products are held in stock by the seller, not by Jumia. Before we can ship out your order the seller must first ensure the product reaches our warehouse. This is why the timeline is a little longer than Jumia Express.

Business days are from Monday to Friday, they do NOT include weekends or public holidays. Nevertheless, we do attempt delivery on Saturdays. Therefore, in most cases a Standard Shipping order placed on Monday from Nairobi (Zone 1) will be delivered between Wednesday and Monday the following week. The same order placed on Friday from Nairobi will be delivered between Monday and Friday the following week. If you chose a Pickup Station instead, your item will generally be available for collection within 2-5 business days
